About the Registration Process
Once you pay via PayPal you’ll be redirected to our site to set up your PEL Citizen account. Once you do that, you’ll get an email with a link to activate your account. (If you don’t see it, check your spam filter.) If you have any questions or problems, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Note that the system doesn’t like usernames with spaces, so if you register as “John Smith,” it will assign you “John-Smith,” and you’d have to enter it with the hyphen to log in.

If you can’t use PayPal and want to participate, contact us and we’ll give you an address where you can pay for a year membership by check.
